My Favorite Broccoli Recipe

Heyy! As most of you know eating healthy and being healthy is very important to me and it should be to you too!


When you eat good you feel good!


This is one of my favorite vegetable recipes its called "Shay's Roasted Broccoli"


Its super quick to make and is very simple with minimal ingredients.


Ingredients:

- 2 bunches of broccoli

- fresh or jarred garlic

- sea salt

- olive oil

- 1 baking pan


  1. Preheat the over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Chop the broccoli into thinner pieces

  3. Mince (finely chop) the garlic if it needs to be chopped.

  4. Drizzle olive oil on to coat the broccoli then toss it with your hands to evenly distribute it (I usually use 3-4 tablespoons depending on how much broccoli)

  5. Add sea salt to taste (I usually use 1 teaspoon or more)

  6. Add
